Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your billing settings. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to all new features. When you downgrade, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes. When you click Start Free Trial on the Pro plan, you get full access to all Pro features for 14 days. No charge until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP, but USD and EUR are also accepted.
What happens when I hit my free plan limit?
On the Free plan, you can create up to 3 invoices and 3 receipts per month. Once you reach the limit, you will be prompted to upgrade to Pro for unlimited documents. Your existing documents remain accessible.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime but we do not offer partial refunds for the remaining billing period.
