Can I change my plan later?
Of course. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings anytime. Upgrades are instant. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. No penalties, no awkward phone calls.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes — 14 days of full Pro access, completely free. No charge until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then. We won't even ask why (though we'll be a bit sad).
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in GBP, but USD and EUR work fine too.
What happens when I hit my free plan limit?
You'll see a friendly prompt to upgrade to Pro for unlimited documents. Your existing invoices and receipts stay accessible — we'd never hold your data hostage.
Do you offer refunds?
Not happy within the first 14 days of a paid plan? Get in touch and we'll refund you in full. After that, you can cancel anytime but we don't offer partial refunds for the remaining period.
